This is the back of the candle. I wish I had placed an image near the edge of the seam as it is alittle blank.
Candle Recipe:
Debbie at Passion-for-crafts is offering this amazing blog candy.
Debbie is celebrating her blogoversary and offering all this yummy candy which is sooooo generous. I know I would pulling cart wheels if I won it.
All you have to do is post a link to the candy and if you want to you can follow Debbies blog, I already had Debbie in my sidebar as I like to browse debbies site when I have time.
So pull up a chair, a nice cuppa and take a look see. Her colouring is lovely and her work is always beautiful.
I have made an easter acetate box for Heather to take to school for her friend. If you would like to have a go Susie McCormick has put a great tutorial on Split-coast-stampers that you can follow.
The image is one from High hopes that I have adapted to make it suitable for easter by just adding an easter egg. I would have loved to use one of the new high hopes easter stamps but they where to big.
It is hard to see but I used a vine rollagraph and mica powders from Imagination-crafts I will post alittle bit more about these tomorrow.
Materials used:
Acetate
Stamps: High hopes
Coloured with copic pens
Over on Split-coast-stampers I found a great tutorial from Susie McCormick. For these little gift boxes. I thought I would dig deep into my stamp folders and pull out some of the older sugar nellies and adapt them for easter. They all have an easter egg either behind them or in their hands. I couldn't resist palying alittle bit more with the present and made an egg come out of the box when you pull the lid.
Thank you for dropping by I love to read your comments
