take it easy

On the Whiff-of-joy challenge blog this week Heather has made a lovely sketch for us to follow.
I have used the chair and coloured it with distressing inks. I mounted Willow in the chair and 3d mounted her in areas to give it depth.I have used various papers to hopefully give it a warm feeling. The picture isn't great hopefully I will be able to change it tomorrow.
Willow is coloured with prisma pencils. Papers are from imaginisce & basic gray.
I have 3d glazed the mug to make it look like ceramic.

herd its your day

Got this little cutie of a stamp from Sugar Nellie while at the SECC. I hope I have remembered right, she is called Custard.
I have used the sketch from Sketch-saturday and it was great to work with.I have done very little with this card.
Stamped the image and coloured with copic pens. Chalked around the image so it didn't look so stark. Papers are from imaginisce. Couple of different ribbons. I created the greeting with a stamp alphabet and the 'its your day' bit is a studio g stamp. Hope you like it.

love and joy

The sketch on Friday-sketchers this week is from Beatrix and is a lot of fun to work with.
I used my Papermania "A wonderful Christmas time" pad which I love as it is full of traditional colours. I used my circle scribe to cut the circle.
I stamped the Snow family by Sugar Nellie stamps and coloured them with my prismas.
I tied the ribbon before attaching it to the card. It worked out just right as the ends of the ribbon say Happy New year.
I used my sizzlits to cut the oval.
Snowman charm I have had awhile. I am one of those crafters that gets stuff and loves them and doesn't want to use them and I am working on letting them out of the draw and onto my projects.
