On A-spoon-full-of-sugar blog they have a lovely sketch by Camilla.I have used the sketch but turn it side ways and flipped it. I hope you like it and can still see your sketch.
I have used different papers that I stamped and then coloured a bit with chalks and ink pads to help them to blend together more.My hero is 3d highlighted from the paper and then picked out with a gold ink pad. I love using papers with words on and using it for the feature of the card.

The ribbon down the side is 3 different ribbons layered to compliment the colours on the card.
The embellishments on the bottom right are buttons with brads holding them to the card.
I wanted to give the card a feeling of opulence without going OTT.
This card is for my dads birthday on Saturday and he is my hero x x

It saddens me to say that I had some real shocking news this week. My uncle has been murdered by his business partner. This card is for my auntie and 2 cousins which will not make up for the pain and lose they have suffered.

I coloured a couple of the snowflake brads with Alcohol Ink Red pepper so that they could be used on the card.

Well here it is. I hope I stand a chance as the ladies on the team already produce the most amazing cards. I hope you like it and good luck to everyone that has taken part.

I have used Melinda helping angel to make a thanks card.
